Philosophy
Regardless of what you are trying to accomplish, whether it’s personal or professional, if you get stuck there are people who have the wisdom and guidance you need to get you through the struggle.
Pain and suffering, whether it’s from losing hope for a better life or from losing hope on finding the right job, are both areas that benefit from the wisdom of someone who was successful in finding their way out of the desperation and getting what they were in pursuit of.
For some of us, we try and go it alone and only reach out once we are close to hitting bottom. At some point, the suffering becomes too much and we start spiralling downward. We need to understand WHY this is happening and how we can fix it. We need answers, guidance, expertise and results. Results bring hope. Hope brings excitement for what is out there for us!
There are times when we are not meant to be on this journey alone.
Executive Coaching
I work with high level Executives (C-Suite) as their personal career coach and connector. At this level, you need someone with a massive network of CEO’s and Founders to place you in front of. I have spent 25 years building this network and I am happy to be of service connecting talented individuals with great leaders.
My program entitled “Done For You” is attractive for the executive that needs a resume refresh and a way to fill up their calendar with introductions, conversations and interviews with minimal time commitment from them and maximum time commitment from me. This is my highest level of service and I only take on a few select executives at a time. I handle it all from resume enrichment, marketing, connections outreach and introductions.
