    Week One - January 14

    Named one of the most influential women in football by NFL.com, Hannah Gordon is CEO of Hannah Gordon Advisors LLC ("HGA"). HGA's clients include sports leagues, teams, regulatory bodies, and individual executives across multiple sports and adjacent properties.

    Gordon is the author of SZN OF CHANGE: the competitor's playbook for joy on the path to victory, an eight-week guided journal which has been used by national sororities, colleges, and companies.

    An advocate for winning authentically, Gordon has been recognized as a Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 and Game Changer, The Athletic NFL Forty Under 40, Leaders Under 40, Silicon Valley Business Journal Woman of Influence, San Francisco Business Times Inspire award winner, Legal 500 GC PowerList US Rising Star, one of PureWow's 20 in '20 up-and-coming leaders trying to better the world.     Hannah served as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of the San Francisco 49ers. During her twelve-year tenure with the franchise, she led efforts ranging from legal, risk management, public affairs, strategic communications, community relations, fan engagement, youth sports, and the club's public charity foundation. In addition, she was instrumental in the finance, construction, and operations of Levi's Stadium, including securing global events such as World Cup, Super Bowl, NHL Outdoor Series, Wrestlemania, and concert tours like Beyonce and Taylor Swift.

    Hannah is a Presidential Leadership Scholar and a former Lecturer In Law at Stanford, where she earned a J.D. Hannah holds a B.A. from UCLA where she was the first woman to cover the football beat for The Daily Bruin. She is the mother of two children.

    Gordon has appeared in Oprah Daily, Good Morning America, CBS News, The Daily Mail, The Huffington Post, NFL Network, among others. She has been a keynote speaker, moderator, and panelist for a variety of conferences, employee engagement events, and lectures for organizations such as The Girl Scouts of America, eBay, PwC, City Year, Bisnow, Nixon Peabody, and the PGA Tour.

    Alison Armstrong's exploration of human behavior began in 1991 with a decision to find out what brings out the best and worst in men. This naturally led to studying women's behavior and making vital connections between the two.     Taking Your Career into Your Own Hands

    Chelsea A. Grayson is a seasoned CEO and board member of both public and private companies, with global footprints, and across a variety of industries. She is the former CEO and a board member of American Apparel, True Religion and Spark Networks. She is currently a board member of Beyond Meat (NASDAQ: BYND) and Xponential Fitness (NYSE:XPOF).

    Among other past board positions, Ms. Grayson is a former member of the board of directors of Morphe Cosmetics (a CPG company in the cosmetics sector, which she successfully sold to Jefferies and Cerberus), Sugarfina, Inc. (a CPG company in the luxury candy sector, which she successfully sold to Bristol Luxury Group), iHerb (the world's largest eCommerce platform dedicated to vitamins, minerals, supplements and other health & wellness products) and Delta Dental. She also served as an Executive in Residence at Wunderkind (formerly BounceX), a leading marketing technologies company.

    Ms. Grayson is a Board Leadership Fellow and a Corporate Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Department of English at the University of California, Los Angeles. She was a recipient of the In-House Impact Award from The Recorder (The American Lawyer) and of the 40 Under 40 Recognition Award from the M&A Advisor. She was also named one of "L.A.'s Top 40 Dealmakers" in the Los Angeles Business Journal "Who's Who in L.A. Law".

    Sheryl Palmer is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Taylor Morrison, a leading national homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 2007, Ms. Palmer has overseen a highly experienced leadership team in several key national homebuilding markets. With more than 30 years of cross-functional building experience, including leadership in land acquisition, sales and marketing, development and operations management, Ms. Palmer has led Taylor Morrison into the top ranks of America's largest public homebuilders, following the company's IPO in 2013.

    Under Ms. Palmer's leadership, Taylor Morrison has been successful in creating trustworthy relationships with both internal and external customers. The company was named America's Most Trusted Home Builder for the sixth consecutive year by Lifestory Research, recognized as BUILDER Magazine's 2020 Builder of the Year, named one of the World's Most Admired Companies by Fortune Magazine in 2019 and 2020, and recognized as a repeat member of Bloomberg's Gender Equality Index (GEI) for transparency in gender reporting and advancing women's equality in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Ms. Palmer herself was also named a Top CEO in 2018 in the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards. Ms. Palmer's passions extend beyond homebuilding and enter the many realms of leadership and diversity; supporting veterans; solving for homelessness; and health and wellness. She currently serves as Chairman of the Building Talent Foundation, an organization that partners with homebuilders to address the vast trade labor shortage.     Lisa has had a career in Human Resources and Recruitment for over 20 years and has been instrumental in the start up of two successful recruiting firms in Phoenix, as well as having her own executive search firm. She has also been a member of three executive teams as the Head of HR and has served on the Board of Directors of two non-profits. Most recently, Lisa was asked to be the first featured Leaders Coach on the Forbes.job platform.

    Lisa was born in Michigan and lived in Austin where she studied psychology at St. Edward's University. Having always enjoyed learning about the brain and the mind, she decided to get her DISC Personality Facilitator Certification, DreamCoach Certification, LifeGuide Certification, Understanding Men and Understanding Women coursework certificates and most recently her Yale University Connected Leadership certificate. Lisa has spent several hundred hours coaching individuals personally and in professional corporate settings over the years to open their mind to the possibilities for their future
